To "my family members" from Lausanne, guess you all know that you have a special place in my heart.

It was just lovely to see sooo many "new faces" - don't get me wrong, I luv seeing "the old suspects"

 It was great to see  so many people from the Sunday cycling group as well, and as you all know by now, my heart is with the people from  the Marathon group. You not only make me run, you make me laugh sooo much...

Special thanks to all "the young at heart" people, YES the "over 40's"...life in Geneva would not be the same without YOU!
