Getting fit for the season

Hi, I'm a sports training consultant, based half in GVA, half in the UK. I've developed a new service to make sure you get to the start of the season in good enough condition to make the most of day one, and also avoid injury. The fit4slopes plan will get you to the first weekend of snow with the fitness and energy you need to maximize your fun and minimize the chance of injury. Building strength, endurance, flexibility and reducing weight, the program is designed for each individual by myself, a former Olympics coach, to fit your work schedule and lifestyle. From just CH75 per week, you can guarantee great fitness from weekend one in the mountains and reduce the chance of injury. For further details - http://tinyurl.com/3rpdmgh. Thanks, Dave
