ski resort accesible by bus for day trip

Hi,


Can anyone recommend a ski resort near Geneva accessible by public transport that is good for beginners ?  This is our first year in Geneva and I would love to introduce my children as well as myself to skiing.  I would prefer to go on a day trip, so I am looking for a location within close proximity to Geneva.

Morzine is the most popular  and actually I think it is a really nice place.Bus departs from Gare routiere every hour.

Check on Gare Routiere all time table for various ski resorts for a day trips.
