So dear victims of the NMM, I am so glad that for the first time someone has come out and written a feedback/review about the Wednesday evening. It is such a good motivation for the organizer to hear the feedback, doesn't matter good or bad as long as there is one! It was good to see so many new faces...and the regulars as well... by 7.30 we were almost 25 of us..and the bar was full within an hour... As usual after 10pm my wild side was seen ;-) not for that long though...danced the night away. Hope to see you guys on Saturday. Cheers

Well I have only one negative thing to say...and that is the bar did not serve Duvel. *ducks and hides (yes, I know it is a Belgian beer, wrong country, etc...but I like it and thought I'd try and ask...yes, a bar faux pas I know.) It's a good thing I am a woman with an easy smile. I could tell the barman was a bit annoyed that I even asked about Duvel...but everything was made right again when he served up very delicious G&Ts.

Well the person that served me was a man...I am 99% sure...it is 2008 so maybe I just didn't realize. I wasn't wearing my glasses, but still my vision is not THAT bad at the distance I was standing...at least I didn't think it was.

Perhaps you were at the bar when Claudio was serving... Next time, I will ask him to get some Belgian beer for Lily!

Haha! Thanks for the thought, but maybe it's best not to tempt fate...it might get me blacklisted from all the bars in ZH! Duvel is not worth getting banned from bars over! Besides G&Ts are good there so I am happy enough with that.
