I bought an Acer notebook:
http://www.linuxjournal.com/video/review-acer-aspire-one
Works fine, and I like the idea of not using Windows, but apart from Thunderbird, I can't get any new programs installed.
I'd like to have skype and the latest version of Open Office, Notepad++ and, if possible Hot Potatoes (http://www.hotpot.uvic.ca/).
So if anyone can help me...
I know some cafés in Geneva that have wifi, maybe we can meet up there and I can buy you a lunch.
