Need to learn Russian and German

I'm in Geneva, and need to get my Russian and German up to speed asap, preferably from native speakers, say weekly meetings on a given topic for practice etc. In exchange I'd offer English, Spanish, French or Serbian (fluent). I could also do Arabic (Levantine) and Indonesian to some reasonable intermediate level.
