yes the article is slightly depressing but it is fill of 'mights' and 'probably' and 'could happen' type of of language, so it doesn't seem to be based on many hard facts as such.
As there was no link initially, I searched for this article and first got this other one by mistake whoch is far more neutral and addresses questions and answers for people from EU countries wanting to stay on in England as well as some from UK citizens wanting to stay on in the EU for various reasons.
