We are moving to a bigger place starting March 1st. Our apartment will be available for rent, It’s as the following:
- It`s 12 minutes away by tram from Stadelhofen/Belview area, and there`s a tram every 15 minutes , 5-10 minutes drive by car to the city
- -Big living area (living and dinning area with a small terrace facing the woods. )

-Bedroom with balcony
- -- All floors in the house are wooden floors except for the kitchen and toilet (white tiles)
- - Both kitchen and toilet are renovated and up to date.
- -The apartment is very bright and sunny, it gets morning and evening sun
- -It`s 1 min walk from the tram stop (S18 Zollikerberg)
- - It`s Zollikon Gameinde, income taxes are way cheaper than Zurich city.
- - Underground parking available for CHF120.
- - Very nice area, very elegant, surrounded by the woods, running and biking trails
- - 5 min walk to post office, coop, UBS and ZKB
The address is Am Brunnenbaechli 1, 8125 Zollikerberg (monthly rent is 1700)
