Events in Fribourg City... Why not?

Hello

Why aren't events organized in beautiful Canton FRIBOURG? The city/canton has cinemas, pubs, bars, tea rooms, shops, museums, castles, mountains, lakes, restaurants, thermal spa, clubs/discotheques... It's a pity that we don't explore this beautiful region where the famous Gruyere Cheese and Sweet Merengue originates from ;-) I for one would be glad to participate in anything organized here!

Anyone care to kick off??!! If anyone supports me in this, I may be motivated to organize something soon;-) What say??!!??

I just noted that there are 43 members in Fribourg/Bern region... So, yeah, why not have activities organised here too? :-) Would be great! C'mon ppl, show some action.... if i have 3 supporters, its already good enuf to start something... and i've loads in mind ;-)

Bern does have activites - but honestly, how many people from the canton of Fribourg can manage to travel to Bern? As for me, I can't - its 40 -.50 mins one way drive to most of the venues annonced... Thus my idea of orgnising stuff in Fribourg for blokes like me who are limited to fun due to commuting.

Seriously hope to have ppl replying to this post ... :-) Fingers crossed!
