Can anyone provide me with the current competitivehourly payment rates for FDM in Lausanne area. I just realise that I have not revised remuneration past 5 years and not in touch with the market. I pay for 5 week vacation p.a. but need to know competitive hourly rate.

If “FDM” does indeed mean “femme de ménage”,
or “cleaning lady”, I’ve heard tell that the hourly rate for a new hiring in GE is now CHF 30.
That’s also the rate for an “aide
ménage” provided by a GE social institution, the actual time worked
being ca 50 minutes.
