How to choose A/C

My living room is 50m2, ESE facing, ceiling to floor non-opening windows + ceiling to floor doors, no blinds, (26° min/ 30° max in July) humidity+/- 27 - 38, hot as hell.

I have been looking at mobile A/C's but don't understand the BTU's or how to choose.

What should I expect from a BTU9000 unit ? for example.

I am aiming at reducing the temperature by 3°c in the height of summer if possible (or am I dreaming).

I understand that higher BTU's don't reduce the humidity but I don't think that is really an issue here in Geneva.

Can anyone educate me please??
