Is it possible to get swiss tax back, after I return an item bought from the EU?

So, here's the setup.


 


I buy clothing online from Italy or Germany, and have it delivered to my place in GVA. I pay the swiss import duty and sales tax. Then I decide it doesn't fit right. So I send it back for a refund. 


Can I claim back the swiss tax? I would have thought yes, but how to do so?


I guess any "admin" fees would be non-recoverable...
