No, I've not used them. I use ClearView but am going through the exact same thing. The guy never returns phone calls or emails. Four weeks ago he called and said the card (that I've already been charged for) would be wiht me in two days...and now he's disappeared again. So frustrating! If only he'd let me know one way or the other. If anyone has a Skytv provider who's more responsive please let me know.

To update on the story , after finding an email to contact them I eventually received my card. Then began the saga of having it activated which took almost 2 weeks , and not the normal 5 mins.

I now have all my sky packages back , until the next time Sky decide to change the cards.

Recently got in touch with them and they set me up straight away not like the other companies who did not even contact me back before 2 weeks had gone.They installed the satellite dish and the Sky HD decoder plus a viewing card so I can watch all the Sky Movies and Sports.

I was worried about the dish installation but they did such a discreet and tidy job I hardly even realise it is there most of the time.

If you call them ask to speak to Daryl who dealt with me, very helpful and friendly.

No, but I have tried Overplay VPN and they are good.

OK, they do look good, but they don't offer subscription TV, as such, e.g., Discovery Channel.

We've also used Daryl from Williams-services and he's been absolutely fantastic.  Prompt, professional service.  I highly recommend him.

We used "Williams Seevices" too. 

We purchased a Sky Hd decoder and a viewing card with a monthly subscription at only £21 per month. They also offer Freesat boxes which have no monthly charge. 

They were very prompt, helpfull, polite and reliable. 

The installation was absolutely excellent. Our concierge said we were not allowed a dish but Williams installed it so discreetly that you can't even see it on our patio. The cable was also installed very nicely, the installer had to run the cable through 2 rooms to get to the Tv but did it so good we don't even notice the cable. 

The price was very good as we had quotes from Satel service, Jay Jay solutions and Skydigitaltv and they were all higher and not as fast at responding. The man in the office who I think was called Daryl even haggled with Sky for us and got us a 2 month discount on our package. 

All in all I highly recommend Williams services for Sky Tv installations.

 Yes I had the VPN from them for past couple of years or so I watch all the US shows directly its great and their after service is excellent. I have had Sky with them for years always at the end of t he phone if a problem and resolve it very fast. Highly recommended !!!

VPN lets you have an IP adresse from the country you want. For watching SkyUK services on Internet you need to have an UK IP adress, with a VPN service, your external Ip can be UK, France, Spain, etc..

I can confirm that I have no links to Williams at all.

I found these guys by random and they offer all types of solutions for watching UK TV by internet or satellite. I already have Sky TV but signed up tp there Sky Go package which is just brilliant for me as I travel a lot and now can watch Sky anywhere in the world!

They don't offer installations just the hardware delivered to your door. Great team and very fast at getting back to your emails etc. 

Little update - recently discovered this company. 

If you can not install a satellite dish and still want access to Sky sports etc then check out this company based in Geneva, link below. just 22chf per month for access to UK TV via the interent.
