Depending on the country, you may want to go post it from France. Especially for EU it will be way cheaper.

I guess then you would be needing something like "private" air freight. I think there are some companies which can do that around Paris airports - try around Geneva ones; though it may be way more expensive (actually I'm not sure there is any direct connection between Geneva and Iran).
