Skin care clinic in Vaud

Hi,
does anyone have any recommendations for a good skin care clinic in the Vaud (or nearby areas). I am not looking for a dermatologist as I don't have any skin problems, but rather looking for a place which can help in improving general skin care.
Ideally a place which is trusted and has good reviews, and doesn't just try to sell their own super-expensive products which don't work.
