I am interested in experiences with the Surnise office in Geneva (Rive Droit near Place de Navigation/Richmond Hotel).
Twice I have had pieces (a charger cable) and most recent my mobile (Nokia N900) stolen in this office. In both case my Nokia N900 phone was sent for repairs. The first time the cable just id not come back and they refused to give me a new one, saying that they coudl not be sure it was provided with the phone. The second time the phone disappeared. Yes, they gave me another (cheaper) model and said Nokia had said the N900 was not repairabel and had not retruned it, but the Nokia repair centre tells me they returned it to the Sunrise Centre. Very odd. Interested to know if this a wide spread practice or dishonesty or whether just some very odd coincidences.
