Apart from alphapay.ch and creditreform.ch, does anyone here know of any debt collection companies in Switzerland? If so what is your experience of them as far as quality of service and pricing structure?

depending on the amount, in the canton de vaud you can use an "agent d'affaires". they are pretty effective.
