To beard or not to beard?

I am an avid hater of facial hair but am currently having the debate with a man as to whether women are attracted to facial hair. Please let us know the answer!!

To have full grown beard is common and accepted in India...however having a rugged look with less beard looks stylish on some men...what my experience says 50% of Indian women like rough and rugged looks (manly look) 25% will go for chocolate boy look; 12.5% religious reasons will opt for men having facial hair...and remaining 12.5%...with no choice....

Whereas majority of European/Western origin girls opt clean shave over rough n rugged...choice can differ...

My appeal to Men...guys we have something that nature has given us extra....use it timely to show off without fearing ladies...they are trying to change our looks...cause we have the exclusive rights...Men can look studs with some facial hair....women cannot!

Elodie....;-) you are a French....I really do not expect this from u....girl u seem not to have travelled out of Europe... buzzcock replied with her experience nice..... back to u...in fashion n style a rugged look with beard and a moustache is NOT everyone’s piece of cake...calling it as ‘‘Dirty wizard or a homeless Santa" was just one healthy joke by Bruno (for his movie)...not Borat... what u must have across with.

Explore the real world only then u will know what the real style is...just by watching some school going kidos with funky Zig Zag beard is not the end .... many world famous designers, let me name one for you... ‘That u may know’..... ‘Cartier from France’ has promoted their website and Jewellery with Indian Maharajas having beard...thz what I mentioned in my previous comment....it all depends where we live our surrounding do matter...Kindly take this as my friendly comment...I’m blunt but honest! (Important: Men can have a Moustache without beard or Beard with Moustache....whereas beard without moustache is like body without soul)... u will be amazed to see world’s top style icons with rugged looks...I’m sure u haven’t heard or seen any till now...cheers!!

No, it reminds me of St Nicolaus. Looks oldish, not really dinamic.

Maybe I am weird but I absolutely LOVE them!! Particularly on blond men. They aren't scratchy once long enough (and can even be quite soft!).  I LOVE BEARDS!!!!! Smile Totally sexy! Although not combined with a bald head, that's just upside-down-y!
