awning (sun blind) spare parts

Anyone know where to get spare parts for Awnings in Geneva? the handle on mine snaped today. I dont want to replace the whole thing but cant seem to find a shop that sells spare parts. Preferbly one that I can visit because I want to bring in the broken piece to get a replacement that fits exactly.

but I believe the closest one is in Vaud. May call them to get some assistance.

Also these guys are in Geneva, but I'm not sure about spare parts but maybe they could direct you to someone who could help?
