I was trying to find the same information as it is not very clear.

I know for example that the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Museum offers free entry the first Sunday of every month but only from November to March.

If you have luck and find more info let me know:)

The information for Red Cross stuff is there, but first Saturday of the month it is, not Sunday. Otherwise, you're right, only for those colder few months :(.

Museums in Geneva are free the first Sunday of the month only, and this month it fell on 1st April. But some museums are always free, like the Natural History Museum. You only get charged for the special exhibitions, which are a small section, but you are not charged for the regular exhibitions, 3 or 4 floors of them.
