Hi people,
Do you think that it is realistic to (try to) rent out professional kitchen premises - say, on a Sunday when they are usually closed - in order to prepare some vegan sweet goodies intended for sale? And by that I mean organic vegan, raw, gluten-free, refined sugar-free. This is to comply with our federal regulations on safety and hygiene as I can't just prepare my goodies in my kitchen and sell them.
I am at the stage of taste-tests for now.
