I just need few information regarding Commune.

1. I am staying in Geneva near charmilles, how to find which commune i am in?

2. where is the commune office, How to locate the commune office?

3.Any idea how to obtain a day pass (35 chf pass),  is it linked with commune, is there any other proof required to get this. from where i can get the day pass.
