Croix de Rozon / Bardonnex

Hello all! I need reassurance! After 3 very very happy years in Carouge, we have finally conceded that a tiny flat and an almost crawling baby do not go hand in hand... and we're about to sign the contract on a house in Bardonnex (to rent not buy...)

I'm suddenly having major cold feet! Does anyone live out there? Know anyone out there? Experiences of commuting into Geneva.... general reassurance!

(big house out there only tiny bit more expensive than small flat in Carouge so it is a bit of a no brainer.....)

Thoughts welcome!

I lived several years in Croix-de-Rozon and if I haven't been ill, I would still live there.

I just love the place.

It's easy to go to Geneva with the bus 44 to carouge and next with some other buses or with the trams. I do it every day.
