Hello – already seven or eight months in Geneva but still feeling very new to the city.. Looking for chill drinks after work or in the weekends, good parties, as well as opportunities to volunteer or support centres assisting asylum seekers, refugees or other vulnerable groups. But drinks first! :) Tips very welcome. Thank you.

Have you checked out the Groups on glocals? And don’t forget “Things to do” to find upcoming events and even perhaps to place your own message.

You could contact the Société genevoise pour la protection des animaux. They are always looking for volunteers, including English speakers.
