My front door neighbors got evicted yesterday. Independently of why they are on this situation, it is really sad to see them with all their belongings in the corridor of my building. It seems they'll spend the weekend on that condition.

If an extreme situation like this comes, is there a social institution to contact? I couldn't find proper information on that particular matter. 

Could be interesting also to know the renters' and tenants' rights. I have to admit that I'm not familiar with such things here, which is pretty important.
