Has Google Maps lost TPG data?

Hi all,


As of Monday, it because harder to plan my travel using Geneva buses and trams.


It seems that Google Maps no longer has TPG schedule information. It still has info on CFF trains and the buses that go to France (the lettered routes and the 61 to Annemasse). But all info on the Geneva routes seems to be gone.


And along with Google maps, my favourite Android transit app, Moovit, no longer works either.


The TPG's own app itself works fine. And I have duplicated the problem on someone else's phone and PC, so its not a specific phone problem so far as I can tell.


Has anyone else encountered this? Any suggestions of a fix?

This also happened in the spring when TPG changed their schedule, which I suspect is the cause of the problem now as well. It took Google a ridiculously long time (like, more than a month) to get it fixed. 


I suggest you report the problem to google (you can report a problem from within google maps I think - I can;t remember exactly how I did it last time) and hope they're faster this time...

I submitted it to Google yesterday.


From within Maps:


1. Centre the map view on Geneva (any zoom that doesn't include France Smile )


2. Click the "hamburger menu" (the three lines at the left of the search bar)


3. Scroll down and click "send feedback".

Google has lost transt maps again! Thanks to this thread and previous post in 2015 by Tawb, I as able to find my bus routes on maps.search.ch.

I imagine its just a temporary thing; tpg changed their timetable at the weekend so the update probably travels via pidgeon.
