I am looking to start a similar programme, but I was not going to focus quite so much on weight loss. However, the meals would be balanced and cooked from fresh ingredients and there would be an option to order a vegetarian meal, which would be something quite healthy by design.

Would you be interested in something like this? Meals would be delivered to your office at a set time (unfortunately no ad-hoc currently available) and a sample lunch would be:

"Super Salad"

Baby spinach, lentils, cucumber, kalamata olives, crumbled feta, cranberries and walnuts (served with Greek virgin olive oil and balsamic) 

Dessert: Greek yogurt, dates, piece of seasonal fruit

As this is a fresh business idea, we would offer discounts to our first clients and even free meals in return for new client intros.
