Have a look at Geneva Runners. It's a varied group of nice people running, of all levels. Running on Saturday morning, Monday and Wednesday evenings. 6-12 km, starting from Pacquis. Running from Plainpalais to Pacquis is a nice warm-up :-)

There is always someone of your level with who you can run together. Most times there's also some drink afterwards to have a chat and socialise too. Very cool group. Usually there are 10-25 people.

http://www.glocals.com/things-to-do/geneva/16276.htm describes it more extensively.

I hope it suits you. It does to me! :-)
