Hi,

I have been searching the net for hours now and still not found a course where you can learn to do Sushi/Sashimi with the specific knives... the only one I found was Migros Club Ecole, but that seems to be a bit dry. Does anyone have an idea of something chic/fancy in a nice atmosphere? Would appreciate very much your help.
