Weekly game with the same person seems a challenge in Geneva as people travel a lot. SO best would be really having a group of players, so we can get in touch and schedule games with more chance to see someone in front ;)

I dont know how to manage that but for a begining maybe an email list

I would be interested in playing tennis. Indeed since I arrived there I just played a few times while I was used to play at least weekly a few years ago because of some knee problems and of course the challenge in Geneva to find somebody to play with

If you're interested with some other ones maybe, we can give a try one of these evenings or weekends. I know that Vessy or Bout du monde  are not too bad to book a court

Then anyone who wants to play, book a court (for 2 or 4) and send an email with location, hours and contact to the dedicated mailing list. First to confirm are the one to play. No show once = yellow card, no show twice = red card means retrieved from the mailing list.

Tennis essentially for me, badminton could be ok but I played just 3 times in my life and wih the sun tennis outdoor is more fun to me

Maybe we could add the preferences and availability of each member of the group, e.g. weekends only or only Monday evening from 6-7 pm so that everyone could have an idea when it will be the best to book a court

Seems we have one hell of a team going here !

I am now a proud member of the tennis club universitaire de Champel (7 chemin Ed Tavan 1206).

Best value for money I have found in Gva: 220 francs for the season, illimited play.

Should any of you consider joining let me know and let's have a hit.

Seems like a great price and the club is not too far from me...

I would consider starting an official tennis group on here but, seems silly as I don't belong to a club but hopefully will soon.
