I have been in Geneva for an eternity and am reasonably happy with my bread making capabilities. But I have no idea at all where to find rye flour and malt.
Do you have any ideas where to find these items?
Thanks and kind regards
Peter

Thanks Frank, great advice!
I'll call a couple of shops and if they don't have it there is a good chance they can tell me where I get this.

Rye flour-"Farine de seigle" you can find in any Coop store in 500gr pack in the shelves with flour...Please let me know if you find malt somewhere. Thanks and good luck!

Thanks Bridget, I'll keep you posted on my progress on malt...
The rye flour of Coop is something slightly different, I think. It is called "farine de seigle égrugé" and I think it iis not exactly what I am looking for. I bought rye flour in France once and it looked about right.
But I will continue my quest.
