What do you mean by Eastern-European/Middle Eastern style? I doubt there is such. You should perhaps define the type of waxing you are looking for...
There are tons of various places in Geneve. You can go to the guide section here on glocals (see above the orange line) and look there.
The same applies for mani-pedi. Guides above will show you to the right direction.

Ps. All big hotels have spas with beauty services as well. Depending on your budget and expectation you can always go there as well.

I did waxing at Yann Thoma's and it was very good service! Highly recommend. Haven't tried their mani/pedi service.
For mani /pedi I tried SwissNail spa which was great quality and long lasting Burberry expensive. Also they are always booked during the peak hours.
