The best place in Geneva for nails in my opinion - very satisfied with the French Manicure (very natural) , incredible pedicure (I felt like I had a new pair of feet) and at reasonable prices. The owner is Thai, very friendly - the girls speak English aswell as French and make a huge effort to do a good job. They use only OPI products - which I love and trust!

I know a nice place in Eaux-vives, 6 rue de la fleche, I had done my nails with gel for 100 fr, but it stays more then 3 weeks without any problems, and feet they do complitly, they take out all your old skin until it's silky, i'm very happy with results:-)

do someone know if its possible to get Gellish( Shelac) manicure in Geneva? just moved in and nobody knows about it here :-( applying like normai nail polish, drying in uv lamp and stays for 3 weeks without filing top of nails like classic gel...

Is 50CHF really the cheapest pedicure available in Geneva?  I just moved here recently (from the US) and can't believe how expensive this is!  Thanks for the info on Mod's nails.

I think 50fr is a normal price for pedicure( Taking into account wages in Switzerland) it takes 1h sometimes 1h 30 it depends of skin feet and believe me pedicure is not so easy and you need a lot of energy to do it really good :)

By way of comparison, the local association of certified professional chiropodists sets the minimum fee for treatment given at the practitioner’s premises at CHF 100 per session. Home visits cost more, depending on the location, time of day, etc.

Can any recommend anywhere to get acrylic nails done. I have moved to Nyon from UK and used to have them done regularly but I'm struggling to find places in Geneva or Vaud.

prices are reasonable in comparison to other places .  SFR 90 for acrylic (first time) and then SFR 60 after that.

Yeah it is very reasonable and they do a good job they also do the gel nail varnish which is 35 francs and last 2/3 weeks.

I'm with you on that one. I love Shelac, your nails don't get ruined and its a lot faster. Please let me know if you find a good place.

I have had Shellac done in La Praille and in Champel, both salons call is "Soak Off". Neither were good manicures and they were expensive. In the US they do soak off the gel, but here they sand it off and my nails are ruined for the moment. Can someone recommend a good manicure where they do not sand your acutal nails? Thanks very much for your help. 

yes I agree with you there must be a different way to get the varnish off. Here they soak the nails first but often there is still a lot of varnish left and they then sand it off, which does damage the nails I have to agree.

I love "Just for You", I use to go to Lancy Centre or Cornavin, and I am very satisfied with the service. Also they have 4 different salons, so that's because they work well. I do my nails in gel there and they use harmony products (which I prefer to shellac)

Anyone know somewhere cheaper than 25 for manis and 50 for pedis? Seems super steep compared to other countries! Thanks!

Manucures at Just for you are 25chf, and pedicures spa around 55. I looked around for something cheaper, but the true is that even in France is more less the same price, and is not worth it the time lost crossing over france
