My computer completely crashed!! Where can I go for help in Geneva??

So my laptop computer (Dell) completely crashed today- Its just shows the "blue screen of death" telling me to uninstall any software that may be on there....Of course it is holding my electronic life, music, pics etc hostage and I am fairy desperate to get whatever I can off of this machine...

Can anyone tell me where I might take it to be cleansed of the evils that inhabit it in Geneva or nearby? Do I have any options at all, or should i just slit my wrists now, and get it over with?

Thanks everyone! I appreciate any help anyone can provide...

I can fix that.

It should take me about an hour if it is really a software issue.
