Dear all,

I thought it would b a good idea to start a thread that would be useful to all business owners out there. We can all use that kind of warning in order to protect ourselves and our income.

We could use this forum to name bad payers and the type of services they are looking for.

Any thoughts?

I think yours is an excellent idea, Hay.

We hear and read a lot about bad providers in Geneva (including régies) but almost nothing about bad payers (including tenants).

Hay: I really don't know what the law says, but you may be opening yourself up to some legal risk by naming people as "bad-payers" on a public forum. Might be good to check that before taking a potential risk.
