I am looking for someone who could help me to do a small video. I just need to put several videos together in one and add some music at the background. So, it's basic level of editing. Can you perhaps help me or just advice the software (program) or website which is best for beginners? Any suggestions and tips will be appreciated;)

That should be fairly easy to do with Windows. If you need any help let me know.

True! If you do video editing just once in your life 
you can use Windows Movie Maker. This prog is very simple in use, but you are wellcome to write me in case you have any FAQs! ;) with it. Cheers

Yes, just one video after another in particular order and with some music on a background...And I am on a small laptop Acer. So I cannot use a big program, it should be something simple in use, and easy for the beginner;)

@nata if you want one music selection to be played during the entire movie (consisting of multiple clips), then it should be quite easy as all have said.
I had a case recently where someone wanted to play three musical selections, one for each clip. That was a bit more tricky, but still quite doable.
