What to do in Carouge?

I am thinking of visiting Carouge this Saturday of the Easter weekend. As I don't know Geneva at all,can anyone recommend good places to eat/ drink in the area?

also, what else would be interesting to do in Geneva on a suddenly cold again weekend?

All ideas are very welcome!

The market in the moring

Have a tea at Martel's (Beautiful terrace in the backyard)

Have a glas of wine at the Vert Bouteille

Check the Carouge Museum

Window shop at the rue St-Joseph or rue St-Victor

In the Old Town

Go at the top of the Cathedral or visit its archaeological site

Visit de Baur Foundation or the Barbier Müller museum

Visit the Maison Tavel, the oldest house in Geneva. There's a beautiful mock-up of the city as it was in 1850.

Have a drink on the terrace of La Clémence, a must for all Genevan

Don't take the bus to cross the lake, but the Mouette Genevoises instead

Mmm,was pretty dead for a holiday weekend SATURDAY.Is it always so empty on Saturdays in Carouge? The bouteille vert was a good tip though.

would advise against a visit on a freezing cold day like today- imagine( hope!) there is more life on a sunny day?

The museum is great for a cold and crappy weather day. There are 5 floors and lots to see, and it's free. I just went the other day and it was almost empty. I was very impressed with the collections.
