no doubt this has come up before...can someone please provide the name of a reputable/top flight international employment lawyer whom can advise me on how to legally work as a consultant for a company based in geneva. i am a american & can legally work/live there, of course. how long could i stay in geneva each time to work. is it a simple (no doubt it's not) matter of going back & forth to the US every now & then, getting my passport stamped, being paid there, paying taxes there?
