There's one place at Rue des Voisins (crossing with Rue des Sources), close to Plainpalais, that is small and relatively affordable. I'm pretty sure there's also one near UNIGE at Plainpalais that students use, but I'm not sure where that is exaclty.

You can go to the library and ask for the temporary card in the library, they have this machine that cost 5fr for the temporary card and then just 0.18fr per page printing/copying (for price update, you can the lady on the front desk).
Any case, I am in UNIGE tuesday-thursday, let me know if you want to meet me and use my card.
