If you are interested *FREE* yoga sessions, please read on.
My friend, Sangeeta Kalyan, is visiting Switzerland from Mumbai (India). Sangeeta is a Yoga instructor in Mumbai, and has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years. She is an expert of a wide variety of yoga forms, her main focus being Astanga-Vinyasa and Iyengar yoga.
I had an opportunity to try some of these in Mumbai with her, and I felt that many more people can benefit from this in Lausanne. I have requested Sangeeta to give some group lessons in Lausanne (or nearby towns) while she is here. She is happy to do this since this gives her an opportunity to meet new people while she is here, and also because she is curious about western worlds attitude towards Yoga :)
I am curious to know whether some of you would like to join or not. The classes will most likely happen in early September, perhaps for two weeks (5-6 sessions). These will be absolutely free! We might want to pitch in some money to get access to Yoga-mats and other accessories but that's about it.

I'll be happy to partecipate in lausanne. Count me in. I did my yoga training in india "close" to Mumbai , in Nashik, so I am alwazs happy to have a fresh reintroduction of India.

Thanks for showing interest in yoga sessions. Sangeeta (the Yoga instructor) is free from Sep. 27 to Oct. 6 for sessions to hold yoga sessions.
