I'm leaving my apartment in February and I'm looking for someone to take over it.
It has two pieces, spacious living room and bedroom, equipped kitchen, bathroom and two small balconies. Very luminous and quiet. Great location 5 minutes walking to Riponne and Flon.
Rent is 1230 chf + 80chf for heating every 2 months.
I'm also leaving all the furniture, which the new tenant should take over (1200 chf), perfect for someone who just arrived.

I also have one apartment free end of february ...
With or without some furnitures...
4 rooms, new kitchen and a small balcony.
The apartment is in Romanel but 15min with the tram to Lausanne city center
Rent is 1320 chf + 140chf for heating every month and 120CHF garage
