If you want to have a complete pedicure like in Italy you need to go to a podologue and it will cost you about CHF 90...
I have just invested in un attrezzo recommended by a friend of mine. It's called Pedi Whiz and it's a pink vibrating egg for pedicure you can find at Manor for CHF40.
