Hi glocals,

I'm Richard and have just moved to Lausanne and know no one! Crazy as it sounds i visited Lausanne for a day and decided i wanted to live here. 2 months later here i am!:laugh:

I am working on my French and since it is a long way from being social i am hoping that the expat community can save the day and allow me to meet some people!

I moved here with the intention of getting back into the mountain lifestyle having formerly spent some very good times in the Himalayas. I am excited about swiss life and want to get at it.

If anyone fancies any of the things in the title please get in touch! :)

Hi Richard and welcome to Switzerland!!!

With such interests, you will surely have a great time. My advice: don't wait for people to comtact you, just check the Member activities, join those which appeal to you and you'll soon meet tons of people!

hows everything going in Geneva, hope u met some cool people with mutual interest already. have u checked the members activities. its loaded and don't worry summer is on the way and soon ul be wishing for some free time to relax alone at home.
