Hello Lucy, You may start with Arthur's http://www.arthurs.ch/pages/default.asp and or http://www.brasseriedeshallesdelile.ch/ . There are more bars, clubs and restaurants in this small city which you will get to know little by little.

Ok, but don't even think about meeting someone. IMPOSSIBLE. Closed in nation, remember, Switzerland. People are not very open-minded and outgoing :))
