I have been participating in a couple of language exchange events here on glocals over the years, usually to improve my French, and I was always wondering if there is interest in some sort of Jap/Frz, Jap/Engl or Jap/Ger exchange. Would love to improve my (lamentable) Japanese.

It is really nice to go and see the Escalade parade.

The parade tommorow stares about 5pm in Park Bastion and ends at 19h30 Cathederal St. Pierre.

the bonfire is between 18h30 to 19h15

Note parking is terrible, best take public transport. Many many roads in old town are blocked off, not accessible.

I still love watching the Musket firing, the canon firing, the marching threw old town with all the old weapons and horses of over 800 people participating.

I will meet a friend who loves in old town and then later meet up with 2 other americans. We will enjoy some mulled wine and maybe eat at Les Armures.
