Hey all,
I'm in Geneva for a three month internship with UN OCHA. Arrived two days ago and spent most of the time settling in and working. Still, I expect I'll have a bit more time on my hands somewhere in the future, so it'd be nice to meet a few people with similar interests. "All work & no play makes Jack a dull boy" as the saying goes.
I'm a big music-enthousiast, with an interest in just about anything from classical music and opera to country and jazz to stoner, doom, black metal and everything in between. Anyone interested in going out for drinks & music, feel free to drop me a line.
I've worked as a pro photographer for a few years. Started out as a hobby in concert/music photography, but developped into a decent business, mainly centred on freelance photojournalism. I've only brought a small compact camera with me, as my actual equipment would require a suitcase all on its own, but anyone who wants to go for a walk around the city with a camera, or simply talk photography... again, do drop me a line.
For those interested; a few links to some of my concert-work:

(Bits and pieces, also contains a fair number of shots from the previous two galleries)
I also read a lot, on a number of subjects, but I suppose that's less of a group-activity :) Still, if anyone has any tips, especially in the sci-fi/fantasy spectrum; they're welcome!
Probably more to tell, but as an introduction goes, its long enough.
Kind regards to you all!
Chris
