Welcome to Bern, as you might have realised that expat community is not as big as Zurich or Geneva but there are ways to socialize :)
There is a glocals get together every Tuesday in Bern, you will find it under "things to do"
Also most of the stuff goes down on Facebook page with 241 members ...but since that is invite only you have to know one of the members. If you wish to join you can either get in touch with Betty Couto (glocals) or add me on facebook and i will link you in.
