Try easywg.ch as well, and both UNIL & EPFL have an accomodation database you can try.

I found my room through an Italian friend I knew while living in the UK, who knew a girl living in Lausanne, who knew someone in her lab who had a room open in his flat. So - it might also be worth doing what I did, send a message to almost everyone you know asking if they know anyone in Lausanne.
