Hello Everyone!
I spent two years living and working in the US (Boston) and I enjoyed the open-minded international community I met there - a fact that changed my life for the better.
I hope to go on meeting refreshing, open-minded and interesting people from all over the world as well in my home country!! That's the reason why I decided to "jump over the fence" and I became a member of glocals.com (thanks to a hint from Facebook).
As you can see in my profile, I'm half Swiss/Spanish, therefore just half a "local"... considering I am from Basel living in the Zurich area... I am a total foreigner! :D
Well, that's all from my side. Hope to meet 'n make new friends over here!

Hi Herbert, and welcome to Zurich and to glocals.
The Zurich community is still small, but there are some great people there, and quite a few activities are being organized in Zurich in the next few week.
Check out the Zurich Member Activities section, and join one of the upcoming activities, and Im sure you will see that Zurich is at least as fun as Boton, if not more :-)

Welcome to the Zurich gang!
Every Wednesday we host a Midweek drinks - Wednesday night fever event.
There are some very nice people joining these events. Joing us sometimes.
