There is a vegan group on Glocals which is quite active, you should join it:

Hi, I am also a vegetarian and there a few cool places in Geneva. For instance there is one on Rue de Lausanne called Mu-Food. Enjoy!

Mu-food is a great place and I would also recommend the slup restaurant, behind Cornavin station. All is home-made and delicious. http://www.slup-e.ch/en/
